Continue Your Dynasty
Each spring brings two sales. In the juvenile sale, unraced two-year-olds are offered cheap on a scout’s grade — a gamble on potential. In the sophomore sale, proven three-year-olds cost more but show their full form. You begin with a bankroll of $4 million; spend it wisely, build a stable, and campaign your horses through the juvenile races, the spring classics, the great older-horse handicaps, and the Breeders’ Cup.
Your horses race from two through five and develop year over year, then retire. A juvenile you buy will fill out toward its true ability at three — if your eye was good. Sprinters fly early; stayers grind out the long routes; closers come from the clouds. Form holds about four times in five — the rest is racing luck. Sweep the Derby, Preakness, and Belmont with one horse and you’ve bred a Triple Crown into your dynasty.
Stats are grounded in each horse’s real running style and record. The dynasty runs from your chosen year through 2024 — start in 1972 for the full run beginning with Secretariat’s 2-year-old season, or jump into a later era for a shorter campaign.
